BAHAN
- 57gm mentega
- 1cwn gula kastor
- 6sdm serbuk koko
- 1/2sdt esen vanila
- 1/4sdt garam halus
- 1/3cwn tepung
- 2biji telur
- kacang walnut/pecan jika suka
CARA
- Cairkan mentega kemudian masukkan serbuk koko.
- Tambahkan gula. telur, vanila, tepung dan garam lalu gaul hingga sebati.
- Masukkan kacang(jika gunakan)
- Bakar 170'C (40min)
NOTE: my oven 160'C (35-40mins)
TASTE: like a brownie, moist, dense and chewy

CARA
- Cairkan mentega kemudian campurkan gula dan vanila dan gaul rata
- Masukkan telur satu-satu dan gaul hingga sebati
- Tambahkan serbuk koko dan gaul lagi
- Masukkan tepung yg diayak tadi dan akhir sekali masukkan kacang(jika suka) dan gaul rata
- Bakar 180'C (30-35min)

CARA
- Pukul mentega, gula kastor, perang dan vanila hingga kembang.
- Masukkan telur yg telag dikocok.
- Tambahkan tepung yg telah diayak dgn garam sedikit-sedikit.
- Masukkan chocolate chips dan gaul rata.
- Bakar 180'C (10-12mins)

- 60gm kekacang
CARA
- Pukul mentega dan gula kastor & perang hingga putih dan gebu
- Masukkan telur dan pukul lagi (Med Speed)
- Tambahkan esen vanila
- Masukkan campuran tepung yg diayak tadi sedikit-sedikit dan putar hingga rata saja
- Masukkan chips dan kekacang dan gaul rata
- Bakar 180'C selama 20min
NOTE: my oven 160'C - 15mins
TASTE: bitter sweet
